🔥 Heat Therapy Instructions:
Microwave Method:
• Fold pad in half and heat for approximately 2 minutes
• Flip/fold to opposite side and heat an additional 1–2 minutes if needed
• Wrap with a towel before direct skin contact
• Do not overheat
Boiling Water Method:
• Place pad inside a sealed zipper bag
• Wrap with a towel and place in boiling water
• Heat for approximately 10–15 minutes
❄️ Cold Therapy Instructions:
• Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes
• For extra cooling, place in freezer for up to 30 minutes
