Return Request Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us via email or phone as soon as you notice any issue with your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
A return and refund may be approved if:
• You received the incorrect item(s)
• You received damaged, defective, or expired item(s)
• You no longer need the item, and it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Note: In cases of unwanted items (not defective or incorrect), you are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
Ineligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The return request is made after 14 days of delivery
• The product packaging has been opened, but the product is not defective
• The product shows signs of use, damage, or intentional tampering
• The item is returned without prior approval, or after a return request was denied
• The return is due to allergic reactions or adverse skin responses
Important Terms
• Return Shipping Costs: If you claim an item is defective or incorrect and we provide a return shipping label, but upon inspection the item does not meet our return conditions, you will be charged for the return shipping, and a refund may be denied.
• Condition Requirement: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unless the issue involves damage or defect.
• Loss in Transit: We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.
• Discretion: All returns and refunds are subject to the sole discretion of the Company.
Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days (or longer depending on your payment provider) to process.
