Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.  Please note that delivery to PO boxes may not be supported in some regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

"golagausa.com" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit or you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS) to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information (i.e. addresses, apt #s, suite #s, etc) is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations 

Order cancellations will not be entertained if the order has already been processed and shipped. In the case of the order not yet being processed and shipped, cancellation requests may be entertained, in which case any charges pertaining to the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days (or longer depending on your payment provider) to process.
