How to use:
Place the grill securely on top of the stove and make sure it is balanced before use.
If using with a saucer or drip pan underneath, add water before cooking and monitor the water level so it does not dry out.
Lightly apply cooking oil to the surface before grilling.
Use low to medium heat, especially on gas stoves.
Care:
Wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent.
Do not use steel scrubbers or harsh alkaline cleaners.
Do not use metal utensils or chop food directly on the surface.
Do not use in the microwave or oven.
