🔥 Heat Therapy Instructions:
Microwave Method:
• Heat front side for approximately 2–3 minutes
• Flip and heat opposite side for an additional 2–3 minutes if needed
• Recommended total heating time: approximately 4–5 minutes maximum
• If certain areas remain cool, continue heating in short intervals
• Wrap with a towel before applying to skin
Hot Water Method:
• Wrap the pack with a towel
• Place into hot water for approximately 10 minutes
❄️ Cold Therapy Instructions:
• Refrigerate for approximately 2–3 hours before use
• For extra cooling, freeze for approximately 30 minutes
⚠️ Care & Safety:
• Do not apply directly to bare skin when extremely hot or cold
• Do not overheat in microwave
• Remove immediately if pack begins swelling during heating
• Do not use in oven or over direct flame
• Avoid puncturing or cutting the pack
• If frozen too long, contents may harden and become uncomfortable
