How to use:
Add water to the bottom pan before cooking, about two-thirds full.
Make sure the water does not fully evaporate during use.
Preheat the grill so the flame heats the center area evenly before adding food.
Lightly oil the stone surface before cooking to help reduce sticking.
Use the included lifting tool when handling the hot grill plate.
Care:
Let the grill cool completely before washing.
Clean with mild detergent and a soft sponge, then wipe dry.
Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasive tools on the coated surfaces.
Do not cool the hot grill too quickly.
Use caution after cooking, as both the grill plate and base pan become very hot.
