Heating Instructions:
• Microwave: Heat for approximately 2–3 minutes
• Boiling Water: Seal in a zipper bag, wrap with a towel, and heat in boiling water for about 10 minutes
Cooling Instructions:
• Refrigerator: Chill for at least 1 hour
• Freezer: Chill for approximately 30 minutes
Precautions:
• Always wrap in a towel before applying to skin
