A classic Korean-style bulgogi roaster pan designed for direct-flame cooking and traditional tabletop grilling. The raised domed center helps guide rendered juices and excess grease outward as the meat cooks, while the perforated roasting surface supports the old-style bulgogi roasting method commonly used over gas heat.

This traditional design is especially well-suited for bulgogi, allowing thinly sliced marinated beef to cook over direct heat while helping excess juices move away from the main cooking area. It can also be used for bulgogi jeongol, a Korean-style beef hot pot made with marinated beef, vegetables, and broth. In that style of cooking, broth can be added around the outer channel so the savory drippings from the beef flow outward and mingle with the broth as everything cooks together.
