How to use:
Before cooking, pour about 2/3 water into the saucer pan.
Set the grill plate on top and make sure it sits firmly and evenly.
Apply a light coat of cooking oil before grilling.
Use low to medium heat and monitor the water level during use.
Use the included lifting tool to remove the grill plate when needed.
Care:
Wash before first use and dry thoroughly.
Do not heat the grill plate empty for long periods.
Do not use metal utensils or chop directly on the surface.
Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent only.
Do not use steel scrubbers or harsh alkaline cleaners.
If residue builds up, soak with warm water before cleaning.
When using on a gas stove, position the longer side parallel to the gas cartridge as shown on the packaging.
