Heating Instructions:
Microwave Method:
• Fold and microwave for approximately 2–3 minutes
• Flip/fold to the opposite side and heat for an additional 1–2 minutes if needed
• Heating times may vary depending on microwave power
• Box testing was based on a 700W microwave
Boiling Water Method:
• Place the pad inside a zipper bag and wrap with a towel
• Heat in boiling water for approximately 10–15 minutes
Cold Therapy Instructions:
• Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour or freeze for about 30 minutes before use
• Do not freeze for extended periods, as excessive freezing may reduce comfort during use
Performance Information:
• Average temperature may reach approximately 140°F (60°C)
• Heat retention may remain above 104°F (40°C) for over 30 minutes
• Some concentrated areas may reach higher temperatures

Precautions:
