Use to grill meats, seafood, vegetables, etc, and also use to cook broth based foods such as hot pot, shabu shabu, etc with its deep dish design. Strong aluminum body (whole body die casted) with a 4 layer titanium non stick coating. Eco-friendly and PFOA-free (also free of other harmful substances such as lead, cardium, etc). Airholes around the grill pan prevent overheating, and the stainless steel handles on both sides make handling simple. When grilling meats, simply unscrew the small button in the center to allow oil and grease to flow into and out through the oil discharge outlet. When cooking broths, simply screw the button in place to block the outlet. Grill size (inner rectangle) is 11.5 inches by 13 inches.
